How do you match the original fragrances?
In our perfume lab, we use the finest essential oils and advanced techniques to carefully recreate luxury scents. Our extensive R&D ensures our fragrances closely match the originals.

Can the products be returned?
You can return a product if it has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during shipping, or doesn’t match the original scent. For damaged returns, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Is Cash On Delivery available?
Yes, we offer Cash On Delivery (COD)

What is the expiry/shelf life of the perfume?
Perfumes generally don’t have a strict expiry date. Once opened, they usually last 3 to 4 years. Even after that, they remain safe to use if stored properly in a cool, dry place

What is the delivery time for orders?
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4-7 days, excluding holidays like Sundays and public holidays. We typically dispatch orders within 24-48 hours after confirmation.

Is same-day delivery available?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery in Bangalore, but only on prior request. Please contact our team in advance to arrange this service.
